    My name is ZHONG QILIN. My passport number is ED5645218.I have submitted my application for the EVAL on September 21th.It has been 12 working days since today. This far exceeds the 10 working days promised by the Immigration Department.

    My plane will take off on October 6th.My study will start in 9th October that is approaching soon! Thus, I beg for a fast review and approval of my application! Hope you can help me complete my application as soon as possible, reaching 70%.
