    My name is Li Gan and my passport number is EA1675423. My visa application has been stuck at 35% progress for an extended period of time. I am becoming increasingly concerned as my flight ticket has already been purchased, and my departure date is fast approaching. I understand that visa processing can sometimes take longer than anticipated, but considering my circumstances, I kindly request your help in expediting the processing of my application.       Hi Li Gan,

      As per adviced, the VAL approval process takes approximately 7- 10 working days. In the event, if your application is not approve within stipulated time frame, we will escalate your application to the Immigration Department to expedite the VAL issuance. However, the approval to issue the EVAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
