    Hi @sri-thurga,
    It has been 10 working days now since my documents were sent to immigration on 27/09/23 and I still don’t have my eVAL. Would you kindly please expedite the process with immigration? Since I am expected to be in Malaysia by next week and still have to acquire my SEV. My passport number is PA0446289 and name is VANGPHEN THANOUXAI.

      Hi Vangphen Thanouxai,

      We have escalated your application to the Immigration Department as requested to expedite the process. The Immigration Department retains sole authority regarding the decision to grant the EVAL. We will notify you once the EVAL has been approved by the Immigration Department.
