Dear @EMGS, my passport and documents were submitted for processing the student pass on 9 October, still showing 80%. Would you please expedite the process, I urgently need my passport back to open a bank account. My application ID is E#########. Thank you in advance.

  Hi Mohima Kader,
  
  Please be advised that currently, EMGS is awaiting the submission of your passport from the institute in order for us to initiate the student visa issuance. As such, kindly liaise with your institute and request them to submit the passport at the earliest possible to avoid delay in the processing.

    Dear @EMGS, thank you for getting back to me. I have checked with Universiti Malaya, the passport has been submitted to EMGS and the status is now 85%. Please kindly expedite the process. Appreciate your assistance so I can have my passport back and open the bank account urgently before 2 November. Thank you in advance.
