My name is Cao Wei. My passport number is EJ2918016. I would like to ask why the progress of applying for renewal of student visa has been stuck at 90%. What can I do to speed up the progress? Because I urgently need to go back to China to take care of my relatives, my parents are in hospital. I applied for a special student visa on January 16th, 2024.It showed 90% on January 26th, but it still shows 90% up to now, with no change. Students who submitted their applications later than me have already completed the renewal procedure. Would you please help me? Kindly be informed that as per checking, your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further updates on the status of your passport.
