@tinashem my passport is ethiopian but i was born, raised and resides in ksa(Saudi Arabia) so since my passport is african emgs have asked me to provide yellow fever vaccine certificate but the issuse is that i have went to uncountable number of hospitals here in ksa and they said that they dont have that vaccine.

I think the requirements are based on nationality. perhaps you can send your resident card/resident visa as a proof that you reside in saudi arabia.
