@tinashem I went to my bank today and I explained everything to them, they said that They only collect charges from my naira account not from the amount I am transferring to EMGS account.
Secondly they confirmed it that USD$340.49 = MYR1,328.27, stating that USD$1 = MYR3.90 (07/03/2018). This means I have over paid the required amount MYR1,282.60. The conversion error is from the EMGS.
My question now is I want to know how EMGS converted $340.49 to 1,276.59MYR?

Bros just pay the outstanding balance. No one will explain that to you. I had same issues last year also and i had to pay the balance. Just pay to save yourself the stress and time wastage. Seems they use a different exchange rate.
Bros. Thank you for the advice. I have transfered money to th EMGS account two times now. I transfered the first time they said I short paid. I transfered the second time again they said I short paid again. I am getting tired. I am afraid to trqnsfer again so thay they will not say i shortpaid again. The worst thing is that they will not tell you the amount to pay in USD$, they will continue to tell the person the amount of money in Malaysian Ringgit as if Ringgit is a world currency. Are you a Nigerian sir?

I had a similar issue and had to pay extra 50$..
If the charges come from the Malaysian bank that is not my fault because I am also charged too in Nigeria. The EMGS are suppose to understand my payment is complete and the Malaysian bank charges does not concern me. If you think about this issue very well you discover that they are cheating me. I transfered money to your account twice and you said I short paid because you were charged by the Malaysian bank and you are telling me to make payment again meanwhile I was charges too in Nigeria. I believe if I should transfer another money again they will say I short paid. Please tell the EMGS I am getting tired of all these. If they don’t want to accept my payment, they can cancel the visa processing and refund what is refundable to me.
