    @kamalbio if the above provision is still in force, then what you said is correct about the university securing accomdation for new students. Please check with your university.

      Yeah I have contacted my institution UPM, and await reply, in any case I have to rent either temporary or permanent residency, and this is not convenient because I wanted to stay like in a hotel for a couple of weeks then search and find a proper property near the university
