Hi guys. I have a problem with my payment transfer. The EMGS system says the payment is not detected, so i went to the bank. From my side, there isn’t problem, bank says the payment’s details are correct. What should I do? View

hello there. Recheck the info u entered for Malaysian bank if it is alright email the receipt to EMGS . U may also utilize the bank statement showed the amount has been deducted
International transfer takes up to a week if first time.
