    @tinashem Hello EMGS officer,

    i still got the email saying my payment haven’t been completed whereas i have been giving my payment receipt since 2 weeks ago
    according to the bank my payment was sent successfully and no money was returned .
    The following payment has been done since March 30, 2023 I will attached again the remittance prove for your kind perusal. And I also attached the bank statement showing the money have been debited from our account as much as USD 507 including bank cost and there is no money return till now.
    The sender bank account :
Account holder name:#########942 – CES CARGO EXPRESS
Transaction date : 30/03/2023
    and my email reply : “Please be advised that we are only able to accept proof of payment from the institution. Kindly refer to the institution and forward the proof of payment to the institution so that they can submit it to us to proceed.” whereas from my institutions : “ We have submitted the documentation on behalf accordingly . You may want to contact EMGS directly at ######### (mailto:#########) and explain ho
    w was the payment made with the above mentioned details. “

    what should i do ?

    my case number is 2218284 and from my institution case number to emgs is 2209198

      Kindly request your Institution to resubmit the proof of payment along with the bank statement in order for us to verify the payment.

      • hi , my university have resubmit twice for the proof of payment , is there any chance if i change my way of payment and get refund for the payment that have been sent for the first time ? because the bank that i use told us that it was sent and no refund was found in my bank account
