Hi Olabiyi Oladayo Yusuff,
If you have verified your details on another phone, you will need to remove the details on the first phone. Uninstall the EMGS mobile app from old phone and re-install it on the new phone.

Hello sir, I already did uninstall the emgs on my old phone and re-install it on my new phone but the issue still persists
